Toner is a fine powder in a sealed cartridge, and ink dries the moment a foil seal is nicked. Every Calaro Plaza order leaves Pune, Maharashtra sealed in its light-proof bag inside a fitted box, so the drum never sees daylight and the print head never dries. This page sets out what dispatch costs, how long transit takes and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Charges

  • Free on orders of ₹4,999 and above.
  • Flat ₹89 below that — one charge for the whole order, not per cartridge.
  • No packaging fee, no handling fee, no fuel surcharge.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are picked the same day. We hand over to the courier within 1 business day, shipping Monday to Saturday. Cartridges are matched against the printer model on your order line before the box is sealed — a wrong-model cartridge is the single most common return in this trade and we would rather catch it here.

Transit time

After dispatch, transit runs 2–7 business days — around 2–4 business days to metro addresses and 4–7 business days across the rest of India. Counting handling, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of confirmation. We ship with Delhivery / XpressBees; remote and hill PIN codes add a day or two.

India only

Within India only. An order placed to an address outside India is cancelled and refunded in full. PIN codes outside the courier network are flagged at checkout, before you pay.

Payment at delivery

UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery settled with the courier. COD is free wherever it is serviceable; a few remote PIN codes are prepaid-only and checkout says so.

Following the parcel

A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment we hand over. If nothing has moved for more than 48 hours, tell us — chasing the courier is our job, not yours.

Damage in transit

Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel. With that clip we replace or refund damaged, wrong or missing items straight away, at no return cost to you. Full detail is on the Refund & Returns page.
